Mini Stepper Workout That Killed Me JK
Okay, so the mini stepper did not kill me. However, it sure felt like it did. After a day of using the mini stepper, my calves burned and hurt. Each day I would use the mini stepper for 15 minutes. I had to take many pauses as I completed the 15-minute workout. But I got it done.
Over time, I built stamina and was able to complete a 15-minute workout on the mini stepper with fewer pauses. Eventually, the pain in my legs lessened and I grew stronger. With consistent use of the mini stepper, I was able to increase my workout sessions. I went from a sedentary to a moderate workout. I even lost weight.
Here are my favorite features of the mini stepper the timer, the counter, and the resistances. The timer does not calculate my pauses. This is a good thing because my watch will show I worked out for 15 minutes when I only completed 12 minutes of stepping. This ensures accurate workout sessions rather than relying on my watch.
My second favorite feature is the counter. It calculates the steps I take when I use the mini stepper. This helps with my overall stepping goal. Which motivates me to step even more so I could reach 10k steps a day. This feature is mainly based on personal preferences.
Lastly, my third favorite feature is the resistance. The higher the resistance the harder it is to use the mini stepper. When I used the mini stepper for the time, I set the resistance high, which is why my calves burned and hurt. Had I lowered the resistance then the mini stepper would have been easier to use. Setting the resistance helps establish the level of workout one is seeking on the mini stepper. From easy to hard.
